I think the organizations that survive in the next decade will be the ones that learn to use all of these tools. They will adapt and thrive by embracing new technologies. They will adapt by embracing technology to stay competitive.
They will need to do so wisely. They won t trust AI like an all-knowing oracle. As much as it may seem that the models will become more advanced and ageist discrimination will fade away, it is still our responsibility to take the lead to be the questioners and own the systems that we create.
